As a dedicated and passionate photographer, I’m constantly looking for new moments to capture on camera. Since beginning my professional journey, I’ve worked on many different types of projects and continue to expanded my experience and add to my portfolio. I started out a wildlife/landscape photographer and am currently branching out to capture your great life moments.
But first - Here are some tid bits about me:
I am married to a great man of almost 25 years - Mark. He is very supportive of all my many hobbies. We have a 24 year old son, Tyler, who has just made me so proud at the man he has become. Tyler recently moved to Oregon. What a gorgeous state and I cannot wait to go explore!
2. I LOVE animals!
I currently live in a zoo... well not a real zoo exactly. But close... I have 2 beautiful golden retrievers - Linus, 2 years old, and Hank, 16 weeks. These two fluff balls keep me on my toes. Next, I have 3 cats - Smokey (who thinks he is a dog), Lucky Siam (siamese cross with crystal blue cross eyes), and Buddy (aka slink because of his slinky build). Now let's go outside and meet my 2 awesome horses - Phoenix, an 18 year old chestnut Rocky Mountain Horse. He has one eye, a heart of gold, and a drive for speed. - Trooper, a 7 year old black and white Spotted Saddle Horse. He has quite a personality and the smoothest magic carpet ride gait. And last, but not least, my six 'girls'. I mean, my hens - Sha-na-nay, Iesha, Thing 1, Ally, Ray Ray, and Cinnamon.
3. I enjoy painting.
I paint acrylics and watercolors. My favorite subject is well, surprise surprise - horses and any animal.
4. I LOVE Colorado!
We moved from Pennsylvania to this amazing state 2.5 years ago when Mark's job moved. I currently work remote for an insurance company. I was very thankful that I could make the move without needing a job change after 26 years. However, my goal is to one day quit the 9-5 job and do only what I love. But in the meantime, waking up to Mt. Meeker and Long's Peak out my back window isn't too shabby! I am thankful for the move here. As I always loved to take pictures, this state has re-sparked my passion for photography. Hiking to capture hidden treasures along the way. Bald eagles, big horn sheep, mountain goats, moose, elk, and the countless birds and ducks has reminded me of the amazing beauty all around us. I never leave home without my camera. It tags along even on a quick trip to the grocery store.
So that is me in a nutshell. Please take a moment to explore my work, and feel free to contact me with any questions.
